COVID-19 Update

Bookworks and Mitchell's are now open to the public with limited capacity and masks required.
The store hours are 10AM - 5PM daily.
If you are not comfortable coming in, we are still offering curbside pick-up, island delivery, and shipping.

TO GET:
  • Mitchell's + Bookworks are now offering Curbside Pickup (7 days a week from 10AM - 5PM.)
    • Make sure the item is "on our shelves now" or "in stock" to get pickup.
    • You can also call Mitchell's (508-228-1080) and Bookworks (508-228-4000) during these business hours.
    • Order by 3PM at the latest please.
 
  • Island Delivery is now a flat fee of $5. Make sure the item is "on our shelves now" or "on hand."
    • We will try our hardest to do same day delivery, but next business day is our official protocol.
 
  • If the book is not on hand, we offer shipping directly to your home anywhere in the USA or we can order to the store for you to pick-up or island delivery when it arrives to us.

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally if you email us at allofus@nantucketbookpartners.com. We do not currently have the capability on our sites.
 
My Gift code isn't working...
Coupon codes and gift codes are different. To use a gift code (a gift card) on our site at nantucketbookpartners.com scroll all the way down to "payment options" and choose "online only gift code." These gift codes are not eligibile on the nantucketbookworks.com site. 
 
The site isn't working and I don't see all of the shipping options...
Since we are making daily updates and changes on the site, I encourage you to clear the cache on your computer, restart your computer, and make sure all updates are completed if you are experiencing any difficulties ordering.  If you have done all of this and still are having trouble, please email us at allofus@nantucketbookpartners.com.
 
I received some of my order, but not all of it...
Some books we have in stock and we are shipping from Nantucket, while others are shipping from our off-island warehouse to you. The warehouse is experiencing some delays as is mail in general. Thank you all for your patience as we adapt to this new way of book-selling.
 
Where is my Elin Hilderbrand, Emily Giffin, Jodi Picoult, etc signed copy?
These books are pre-orders and will ship out as soon as they are released. Check the book description for publication dates.
